Nice to meet you

Welcome! Therapy is a way to grow and break free from any issues in your life. We live in stressful times where we need support more than ever. Maybe you are searching for guidance with a big decision or want help with a difficult relationship. Do your children/teens need help getting through life's transitions? If you are looking for new ways to cope and want a safe, non-judgmental place to work through life’s challenges; let me help you find healing, understanding, and peace. In my 15+ years of experience, I have found that "difficult roads lead to beautiful places."

I use a collaborative client-centered strength based approach to empower you to take control of your life. I work as a guide using various theories such as CBT, psychoanalytic, humanistic, solution focused, and family systems therapy. I specialize in working with trauma, loss, relationship issues, family conflict, mood, and anxiety disorders. We will find a method that works for you.

If you are ready to look deeper and explore the roads you’ve traveled; or, if you're searching for a new direction in life, I would be happy to help you on your journey. I look forward to meeting you and aiding in your personal growth.

"Coming from an active background where I worked a physically demanding job, the injury that ended up making me give up my career was a hard blow. With therapy, I was able to start building my identity around other things than just work".
